Pretty much the only reason why I do it is because I have Christmas dinner at my house.  Honestly I have been working and sleeping a lot.  We started in on the decorating the church for the holiday season.  It all came out looking great (pictures to come).  Then just working towards Christmas.  I got my Christmas shopping done, designed a Christmas card, cleaning, and preparing to cook Christmas dinner.  It has become a tradition that I cook Christmas dinner for my family.  It is A LOT of work but in the end it is totally worth (leftovers). I will post pictures of that after it is done as well.

Oh and I finally got my Christmas lights up on the house, every time I went to do it something came up and they did not get up til this past Saturday.  Any who just a little post, more to come. Peace out.

Well today I did some yard work.  I dunno if you can tell but it has been awhile since I have been able to even mow the lawn.  It took me about three hours to do everything.  Filled up an entire green waste bin with just grass clippings. It was worth it the yard looks good again. I am not sure why I choose to blog this but hey it is apart of my life and I am probably going to be soar tomorrow.  What are some things you do keep your curb appeal?

These past 2 days we have been filming my buddy Cameron Jaymes of Jaymes Reunion on top of a roof in San Francisco.  It was a great view as you can see from the quick pictures I took using my iPhone and a cool little app called CameraBag.  We were filming a couple of acoustic versions of the songs for them to use for different things that they might need them for.  I think they turned pretty good for a quick little last minute project.  I used just a single camera and just ran his mic and guitar direct into it.

Well tonight went to the Jaymes Reunion show at the RedHouse in Walnut Creek.  It is a good place for a small family venue show.  What made it even cooler was the fact that Jaymes Reunion (left) and Derek Walker (the holy figure on the right) were playing there. Great shows and good times. Tried to take a couple of good shots on the iPhone, one I had to take from Derek’s twitter.

Today I voted. Tonight I watched for as long as I could stand…which was not that long, and it had nothing to do with who was winning or not.  It had everything to do with that fact that politics still confuse me and probably never will.  Don’t get me wrong I don’t ignore them I try to keep myself educated so I actually know who I am voting for or what I am talking about.  I must say the experience of voting is a good feeling being apart of a bigger picture than what is around me. Don’t get me wrong I don’t think there is any one person who can fix or change everything…well one but He has not shown up yet.

I pretty much end the nights watching scrubs.  I dunno why, but I can just sit and watch an episode and be happy.  I will usually watch a couple of episodes and hit the hay.  It is a good way for me to unwind, especially tonight. I went from home to work to home, made dinner, and started working again. All in all it was a good day.
