Well this is a half sheet postcard (front and back) I came up with for the Student Ministries Home Group series.  Vintage Jesus is what the High School Ministry is currently going through in their home groups.  This one was fun because I wanted to find a bunch of different pictures of Jesus.  After a few hours searching through different sites, google, yahoo, ect…I picked these ones out. Believe me there are soo many more and pretty hilarious ones, like jesus riding a dinosaur, there are a lot of those ones, dont believe me search for them now or just click here. Here is one side of the postcard:

Next up is the other side of the card.  Jr. High Ministry is going through the series Tuff Stuff in their Home Groups.  This ones was hard cause I wanted it to be manly and tuff but still have a little girly flair to it.  I was please with the way it turned out:

Well the approval process took a bit but it was finally approved and printed (about 2 weeks ago haha).  I am pretty pleased with how it all came out.  I hand thought about doing some variations with different instruments on the back, but that will be for a later time. It was fun to use just Photoshop to create this card it really challenged me because I am such an Illustrator junkie.

And in-light of the worship vision casting happening tonight I thought this would be a good post fro today.

Well it is time to start posting some more design work on this thing, which I have a long list of… ok here we go!!  Cameron of Jaymes Reunion wanted to have some cool merch to have for his show he plays at so I cam up with a Poster, Shirt and Sticker (they are in order):

I had a new project come across my desk to design a post card.  What I liked about this project is that I started in one program and ended up in another. Normally I am an Illustrator man but I want to try and do more projects in the other programs that come in the creative suite. So as the project developed not only in my head but on the screen as well I ended up in Photoshop.  I have the front of the card they way I want it.  I will post the back once I am completely done with it but here is the front for now:

The card is for my churches worship community.  On the front (as shown above) shows our churches 5 purposes and the back will have the worship communities mission statement, and values.  I am lovin the way the back of the card is turning out, I will post it soon.
