No commentsMorning Jam Session
I awoke this morning fully rested and slightly hungry. Cleaned up my living space a little, started my laundry and plugged in my bass (keeping it quiet since others where still sleeping) and had myself a little morning jam session…and I guess a mini photo shoot.

Old And Not So Busted…Semi New Hotness

Bublez (white iPod) - was found on the side of the road, ran over by a car, needed a new screen. Got new screen works like a champ.
Jason’s iPod (black iPod) - bought refurbished, 80 gigs, works great. The week after I got it apple releases a newer better ipod.
Apple…keep makin newer awesome stuff, but make it cheaper to buy haha.

1 commentWorld meet - iPhone
Steve Jobs made the official announcement today in San Francisco at the MacWorld Conference and Expo.
Apple today introduced iPhone, combining three products — a revolutionary mobile phone, a widescreen iPod with touch controls, and a breakthrough Internet communications device with desktop-class email, web browsing, searching, and maps — into one small and lightweight handheld device.
iPhone is a revolutionary new mobile phone that allows you to make a call by simply pointing your finger at a name or number in your address book, a favorites list, or a call log. It also automatically syncs all your contacts from a PC, Mac, or Internet service. And it lets you select and listen to voicemail messages in whatever order you want — just like email.
I have been waiting for something this cool to come along and the time is now here. Nice to meet you iPhone I can’t wait to get to know you better. For way more info about this modern marvel visit Apple.
4 commentsThe Fair Saints.

Have you herd them before? Possibly not. But if you have…good for you. Kudos. One of my buddies, Chirs Pedro, plays bass in this band. I have met some of the other guys in the band and they seem to be a group of really nice boys…excuse me..men. I actually had their CD for quite sometime but never really got a chance to listen to it. Then I did, and it was great. If you have time check them out on my space: The Fair Saints.
Here is a cool description of what they are:
WE are a rock and roll band.
WE traffic human emotion, and import the sounds of guitar and words.
WE have welded together nerves, tin, discarded lyrics, and dissonance and made it look like pop.
WE are more powerful then two Cleopatras.
WE are active campaigners for independent music and thought.
WE are not as pretentious as we sound.
YOU can’t handle our Vicious Pop Campaigning.
They have a show coming up soon on December 9th in Walnut Creek. Surf their myspace page and check it out and I encourage you to go.
No commentsDave Barnes. The Man. The Myth. The Ninja?
This guy is genius. His soulful voice and amazing sound is only half of what Dave Barnes is. The guy has the funk and groove that easily out classes some of the crap that is coming out today. Check out his awesome web site Dave Barnes.com and read is journal, lyrics, listen to his music and enjoy.
Go onto itunes and check out his album Chasing Mississipp, you wont be disapointed.
No commentsMatt Kearney is the man.

What a great show, yet again! I was yet blown away by another artist. Be on the look out for this rising artist. He has an amazing talent for lyrics and writing music. His band was amazing and the Great American Music Hall is a great venue for any rising artist. The next show onthe list is Daves Barnes on November 3oth! Woot! Woot!
John Mayer = God….Not even close, but damn he sure can play guitar
Well let me just say this…Basically one of the best concerts I have ever been to. If you missed this show, man that sucks. I was truly blown away by this man and his music. His new album is truly amazing. I would go see him play again without thinking twice. What a great way to end the work week!
