The Fair Saints.

Have you herd them before? Possibly not. But if you have…good for you. Kudos. One of my buddies, Chirs Pedro, plays bass in this band. I have met some of the other guys in the band and they seem to be a group of really nice boys…excuse me..men. I actually had their CD for quite sometime but never really got a chance to listen to it. Then I did, and it was great. If you have time check them out on my space: The Fair Saints.
Here is a cool description of what they are:
WE are a rock and roll band.
WE traffic human emotion, and import the sounds of guitar and words.
WE have welded together nerves, tin, discarded lyrics, and dissonance and made it look like pop.
WE are more powerful then two Cleopatras.
WE are active campaigners for independent music and thought.
WE are not as pretentious as we sound.
YOU can’t handle our Vicious Pop Campaigning.
They have a show coming up soon on December 9th in Walnut Creek. Surf their myspace page and check it out and I encourage you to go.

Way more people. Way more Wii’s. O well we will be ready for the PS4 haha. Ok stay tuned for the next post.

No commentsBe Afriad. Be Ready….Its PS3.
It is coming. For a select few, nae, the committed, will own a coveted piece of technological equipment that will bring endless hours of gaming entertainment. Yes. I am talking about the PS3. As some friends are taking a business venture, preparing for at least 2 day of camping out, in the cold and even possibly the rain. I have to ask myself is it worth it? Well…after seeing how much they are goin for on ebay….yes. After spending a clean $600 on a shiny unopened box containing gaming gold, you can turn it into $3000. Damn. That is a good business venture. For those of us who do not have 600 bones to fork up we have a different business plan “brewing” stay tuned for more details and pictures of this exciting release of the newest gaming system. Stay classy world wide web…..
Hey wanna see how much one went for? Check it out.
No commentsDave Barnes. The Man. The Myth. The Ninja?
This guy is genius. His soulful voice and amazing sound is only half of what Dave Barnes is. The guy has the funk and groove that easily out classes some of the crap that is coming out today. Check out his awesome web site Dave Barnes.com and read is journal, lyrics, listen to his music and enjoy.
Go onto itunes and check out his album Chasing Mississipp, you wont be disapointed.

So I am a long time Family Guy watcher and a big fan of YouTube. I love the randomness of the show, when you think it cant get any better…BAM…you are blasted with a bullet of Family Guy hilarity that leaves you breathless. Tune in. Watch. Chuckle.
No commentsOk…we are crazy.
What can I say we were cold and hungry, so what better way to get some food and warm up by grabbing an ash tray, filling it with lighter fluid, sticks and dry leaves, then lighting it all on fire! Not only did we make hotdogs, get warm, but it provided hours of pyro entertainment. After we were done a simple glas of water put to rest our fun which was soon replaced by Monkey Ball on game cube till about 2am. Good times.
